Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) only runs on PSs and Macs.
There are compatible programs that will run on tablets including the Arc.
Common ones which will handle DRM files including library books are Bluefire and Aldiko.
Also Overdrive if you just want library books..
I don't know if it comes with an Adobe DRM compatible eReader program already installed,
or only one for books from the Kobo store.
Also, I'm not sure if ther Arc will show up as a device in ADE in the same way a dedicated eReader does.
If not, you will have to transfer books from ADE on PC/Mac by sideloading, that is copying using a file manager such as Windows Explorer/Finder.
