2. Re: Problems updating to v26
alessandro savoldelli Jun 14, 2013 12:12 AM (in response to Himanshu Singh)Hi, I got the same problem. After updating to v26, when I try to log in Folio Builder Panel I got this reply
Si è verificato un errore durante il tentativo di accedere nel pannello Folio Builder.
[IMS_ERROR_IN_SAVE_USER_DATA]
I've reboot my Mac but the problem still the same.
What I've to do?
Thanks

4. Re: Problems updating to v26
alessandro savoldelli Jun 14, 2013 12:51 AM (in response to Himanshu Singh)sThanks Himanshu, I've read that thread and this is exactly my problem
2. When user launches FBP or clicks on “sign in” link or menu, “Sign in to Creative Cloud Membership” dialog comes up, when user enters DPS credential and click on “sign in”, and error dialog is displayed with error [IMS_ERROR_IN_SAVE_USER_DATA] and the user cannot sign in. The known workaround is:
Close FBP and Indesign;
Deleting /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db or just remove the entire OOBE folder;
Restart InDesign and FBP;
When the user clicks “sign in” again and enter the DPS credential in “Sign in to Creative Cloud Membership”dialog to sign in, FBP should be able to enter online state and show all the folios in the account.
but when I remove OOBE folder appear this message on screen
so I have to restore the folder OOBE and the original problem start again.
Other solution?
Thanks

8. Re: Problems updating to v26
HugoKing321 Jun 14, 2013 2:52 AM (in response to Himanshu Singh)Thanks Himanshu, I still got the same error message after enabling root user so called the Support Helpline and they walked me through getting it fixed. We created a temp admin account and installed under that. Still not sure why this happened on this mac, apparently it could be a number of reasons.
Thanks for your help here.

Himanshu Singh Jun 16, 2013 8:52 PM (in response to alessandro savoldelli)You will probably need to do a clean install for InDesign or the suite whichever is applicable.
