    What is the deal with product support?? Premiere 11.


      Hey.... A few weeks ago my export function to the web stopped working. I connected with online support and they accessed my computer and fixed a corrupted file somewhere in my computer. Now I'm having the same problem but I can't connect to their online support. It tells me to go to some other page or pay $39 to call them. huh? So I'm wondering if anyone knows what the deal is with their support and if not, to help me understand a work around to get my video to the web. The only export feature that is botched is the online option. Thanks!
