graphic card is - nvidia quadro k2000.

sorry for getting back late. have to get back to the project with the old system as the deadline are nearing.
.avi is on the external drive which is a recording of a camcoder, a half an hour clip of PAL.
i have gone thru the links provided and have also tried GSpot. but have no deep knowledge about it. and as was running short of time did not work on this much. will be trying back this week end. and will be back with more details.
Looks like a standard DV file. That should play back fine. Can you show us the flickering/jittering?
yes, it is a standard DV file.
the company doesnt permit to share the file.
one thing which worked a bit is, the external drive had usb 2.0 and was inserted in usb 3.0 port. when corrected it the flickering is reduced but still exists.
is premiere cs6 compatible with nvidia quadro k2000? we have attached a dvcam through firewire.
will try to search some other file which could be shown.
