This is basically the same question as : http://forums.adobe.com/message/5405961#5405961
You can only fill out the PDF forms in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acobat and Acrobat Mobile. Some browser will have Reader plug-ins which would allow you to fill out the form dirrectly in the browser but that is not guarenteed. This is a limitation from the browser (like Chrome) pdf capabilities (they just don't support all the PDF form's features and scripting).
You will not have the option to embed the form when it is an PDF imported into FormsCentral. This is a feature only available for forms's designed in FormsCentral (web forms).
We always suggest to people to have a button to download the PDF from their website (not embeded) and that they warn their fillers that they need to fill out the form using Adobe Reader, Acrobat or Acrobat Mobile
For more information see:
What is the best way to create a button so that people can download the PDF from their website and have it open in Reader, Acrobat or the Mobile?
Creating a button on a website will vary depending on the back-end platform (joomla, css, etc). That would be a function of your website, not formscentral. If you are uncertain how to do it, contact the back-end site vendor, or google is your best friend
Only problem now with this is that I lose my signatures will adobe Echo Signature help resolve this?
Also will it every be possible to embed or link a URL from a pre-created fillable PDF and uploaded into Adobe Form Central. It seems like this would be an extremely useful feature! Many companies do not want to re-create fillable PDF files into html files using the design software and templates (on or off of Adobe Form Central). It's creating double work for PDF files that are already created. We spend countless hours having our programmers create online forms this way. I feel their time is more valuable than that and recreating forms should be simple and streamlined. Thousands of Companies would benefit and save millions of time/money from this added feature. Any advise is much appreciated.
Sorry we are not yet integrated with EchoSign.
I'm not sure what you are asking. Can you be more specific.
If you have a old PDF, which wasn't create in FormsCentral, you can import it in FormsCentral today. No need to re-create/design your old PDF in FormsCentral. If what you want is for FormsCentral to host this PDF (as oppose to you put it on your website for people to download it) then this is not something we are working on right now. You need to host it or email it yourself. We are also not working on a tool to convert your PDF into FormsCentral forms that can be hosted as web forms (is that what you are asking for? This is the case where the form would need to be re-design in FormsCentral to be able to be hosted as a web form).
If your designer are using FormsCentral to create forms you can File > Export Design File... so that you can start from that same design in the future and don't have to recreate the form everytime. Another way is just to duplicate your FormsCentral forms and modify the suplicate if necessary. More information here : http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1390.
