I am using Premiere Elements. I am using it on my laptop, which runs Windows 7 HE. Windows 7 keeps giving me the message "Adobe Premiere Elements has stopped working", most often when I exit the application. Any ideas as to troubleshooting, updates, and so on would be appreciated.
Have you gone to the Help menu and selected Check for Updates to ensure you have the latest version of the program?
Meantime, do you have the latest version of Quicktime, per the program's requirements? And have you manually gone to Windows Update to ensure you have all of the non-critical updates (which don't install automatically)?
