    unable to download apps

    Terrell Community Member

I have paid for my cloud subscription. I can see my files but I can not download any apps. Everytime I get a 'connect to the Internet'. The Internet is fine. I have tried both with a VPN connection to the States and without the VPN. I am working in China but sometimes I am in the States and in Australia. I need to use these apps wherever I am - is this possible? If not I will need to cancel my subscription.
      thanks

          Refer to this:

          Sign in or activation errors

But if you use a VPN, you may actually need to talk to your IT department and they need to make sure the requests are routed through their servers properly. This is outside Adobe's control then. In fact even without the VPN, your IT may have blocked specific ports on your machine, created some tunneling device or defined fixed DNS/ proxy settings or other obscure networking stuff, none of which go down well with Adobe apps....
