Im using Mac OSX 10.8.4
And i am a user paid for Creative Cloud now ( available for all software )
I used to use the trail version of illurstrator in last 30 days.
after the 30 days, it became not able to get into it.
it will start like this ( with a "tryout" on it )
and end up like this
even though I paid for Creative Cloud, it still open like this.
Besides, Photoshop CS6 and InDesing Cs6 work fine in another hand.
I have telephoned Adobe assistance sevice. they told me to delet the file in Libery, but it didn't work.
and then they told me to creat another administration user to reinstall it, it still being the same way.
is there any other way to solve it?
because its in the weekend now Adobe service is off now.
