when I click for help message appears "To access online help......... you need to be connected to the internet" Although my PC is connected to the internet. please suggest!
I am using 64bit windows 7.
Launch the Adobe Help client and check your settings there.
I was having the same issue (64bit Win 7) with Internet Explorer set as my default browser.
I made Chrome my default browser and everything worked well.
