Looks like waht youare doing is creating an alternate layout. Can you give us some details on how you are copying the pages?
Hi Peter, thanks for the fast reply.
I just drag the pages from document "Agenda" to the Main document (where the whole magazine is). I have read on of your previous post that ID overides the Master Pages or Styles from one doc to the one that i am importing...Could that be the cause too?
BTW, actually i am not trying to create an alternate layout, that is an outcome of something i am doing wrong...
Try using the Move Pages command in the panel flyout menu instead of dragging.
I did use the Move Page command and the result is still the same

I think I figured this out...
From the Pages panel flyout menu choose View Pages and select either horizontal or veretical. That should get rid of the alternate layout. You'll notice, though that your new pages will have started a section, so you may also need to go to Numbering and Section Options and uncheck the Start Section box.
Thanks for the info!
By the way, where do i select "View Pages and select either horizontal or vertical"? I just move the pages and i am searching for this menu but cannot find it.
Here is the image:
You have the Pages panel open, so you can either click the icon in the upper right corner of the panel to open the menu, or you can right-click in the area where the page icons are displayed.
No problem! i was able to find it the View Pages and finally solve it!
Thanks for the great info and best!
