There's is no easy fix, really. You can try the use of auto colour adjustment plugins like Auto Color or Color Stabilizer, but these can be fairly erratic depending on the nature of your footage, and the degree of colour abberation caused by the camera adjustments.
If you can't reshoot, the best way is to do your edit, then individually grade every shot.

BTW, it's not useful to post the same question in lots of places for After Effects. In general, an overlapping set of people monitor the various After Effects forums, so posting duplicate threads just fragments the conversation.
