Why does your product have all of the strings attached where you attempt to sell other items. I was just trying to send an ecard and Hallmark forced me to you... I downloaded your software twice... then it shuttled me to another in your countless number of add ons (which I don't need or want), it tells you you have a 25 min download time (doesn't seem like anything small?). The it locks up. Why can't things be simple? Get rid of all of the Adobe apps.

The Flash Player (full) installer takes about 1 second to download.  I have no idea what you are trying to download...
