still no ideas. Take there is no simple way to do this in flex?
What do you mean by tabs? Settings and Compare? If so, have you tried Flex's tab navigator?
For an example, I have a finance chart with a graph that show income and expenses. Now for each entry in the chart I would like to have the option to place a tab (like the ones on the google chart that links to the news). Sort of like a more information available tab. This will be where the department heads will post notes on why the graph went up, down, or stated the same.
Hope that better explains my issue.
Found another example of what I want to do and this time it is on Adobe's web site. It is in one of the samples:
The graph at the bottom of the app has little different color Tabs on the graph itself. It is a box with a small arrow pointing down. The orange ones have a number on them and the green ones have a letter on them. You can not see it on the prologue, you have to change to the Stage 1, 2, 3, etc. in order to see it (change this on the top left of the application).
Ok, I think I found a way to get this done. I have to use custom item renders. Does anyone know some where I can read up on this?
