    Contribute publishers not receiving drafts

Hello - myself (as admin) and our staff are using Contribute CS5 for quite some time. Mid last week sometime, I started having at least three of my users with a publisher role say they had not been receiving drafts that were sent to them for publish (by users who can edit pages, but do not have publishing ability). At this time, I'm not sure how many of my publishers it is affecting, but at least three of them at this time confirmed.

Most will even receive the email confirmation that they have a draft to publish, they will go to Contribute, and the draft will not be there. I can go into my "manage sent drafts" admin console and see the drafts there. I have noticed that in some cases, however, that I will see a Web page that was sent for publish, but a new linked pdf that should have also been sent with the web page will not be listed there, which did not make sense.

In two of the cases, I have had the publishers delete their connections and I have reissued a new connection key. I did a test send to them, one received it, the other did not. I did a test send to one of my other publishers without issuing a new key, she did not receive the file either.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there a fix or a place i can go to see if there are errors generating that I can take a look at?

Thanks a bunch for your help!

PS - Here's an additional bit of information. when some of my editors go to 'send for publish' They get a message "You can't publish pages to the Website. Click the send/action dropdown button on the toolbar and select appropriate action when you are finished." They are selecting "send for publish", they do not have the option to publish, so not sure why they are getting this message.
