try exporting using h.264 compression at 15 mbps and should get a crisp

But any idea why I had trouble with the MPEG2? Is it just a bad way to export for Premiere Pro, or is a codec issue?

Based on very little information (see below) I don't think there is any way someone can really tell why one thing worked and the other didn't
