I'll forward this to a contact in Adobe but I'm confused as
to why you have posted this issue here. This is the forum for the
RoboHelp product and your problem seems to be with ColdFusion.
I seem to recall a similar problem with Acrobat some years
back but after a bit of going backwards and forwards, Adobe
resolved it.
