makeScriptedSprite() and removeScriptedSprite() look like the commands
the functions mentioned by Mike are new ones, added just to make things more user friendly (user friendly ??).
You just have to set the 'puppet' property of any sprite channel (provided your movie has that many number of channels) and you can control the sprite using script (even the blank ones).
you can even remove these puppeted sprites by just setting the property to false, and setting the member to "".
you can also use the 'scripted' property of the 'sprite channel'.
Hope you know whts the difference between channel and sprite.
you can even search the lingo dictionary for these terms.
This will put all sprites in that channel number under script control, so that you dont have to do it again and again for same sprites.
