    Error Message (103.103)

      I have Windows 7 OS running on my computer and installed Adobe Reader XI recently.  I have been getting error messages that read Adobe PDF Document  There is a problem with Adobe/Acrobat Reader.  If it is running, please exit and try again (103.103).  Can you please help with this?  I am not able to download and print a certificate because of this error message.  I would so appreciate any help you might give me in this matter.

          1. Lauch Adobe Reader X (run the program itself outside of the Internet Explorer)
          2. From the menu, choose Edit -> preferences -> General
          3. Uncheck the option for "Enable Protected Mode at startup"Disable Protected Mode
          4. Restart the Adobe Reader and web browser.
