installing flash player 11

When I attempt to install flash player 11 on my wind 7 64 OS, during the installation the prompt keeps asking me to close IE10, i have no sessions of IE10 open and I even check in the Window task manager and see no IE exe open either. The program refuses to go on.

Any help?

AS i mention in my 1st post, I went to task manger to assure no session of IE was open.

That is very interesting; can you post a screenshot of that (Task Manager)?
