Can you make sure that both Acrobat and FormsCentral for Acrobat are up to date. Both app have a Help > Check for Updates... menu.
Let me know if this helps
I'd checked both in the adobe cc task/widget thing (by the clock on the
mac) & both were showing as up to date.
FormsCentral is still spinning when selecting check for updates - have screen grabbed version as per below:
No updates were showing in the CC application manager for Acrobat - have just launched it to get the version number and clicked check for updates and there are some for it! peculiar that it doesnt show in the app updates section - will add to post if this fixes it.
Unfortunately updating Acrobat hasn't fixed sign in or update of FormsCentral. Current Acrobat version can be seen below:

Are you on a mac or a pc? Are you on some type of network that would have special security or is using a proxy?
I'm on a mac with no proxy, have tried both at work and on my home network with the same result:
Another thing I noticed while trying to get it to work is that the save button under preferences (was trying to initiate auto update) is greyed out meaning you can only press cancel - I assumed it's because there is no user logged in?
Regarding the spinning problem, it might be better if you could try to clean up AIR local sotre folder, then relaunch AIR App and upgrade to the latest build. Please FYI the local store path as below:
AIR App for Acrobat:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.formscentral.FormsCentralForAcrobat/Local Store
Windows: user>\\AppData\\Roaming\\com.adobe.formscentral.FormsCentralForAcrobat\\Local Store
On User preferences panel, Save Changes button will enabled when you edit, such as un-check the checkbox, select a choice, etc.
Hope my suggestions will help you to solve problems.
Note that this will delete any local files you have created so far. There is a way to clear the local storage without losing any of your form. I'll update this post with the correct command line when I get to work.
The fast that the Update section is greyed out in the dialog is good information for me to investigate further.
Instead of deleting the whole LocalStore folder I would suggest to close FormsCentral for Acrobat then open a Terminal window on your mac and type :
/Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ XI\ Pro/FormsCentral\ For\ Acrobat.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ FormsCentral -repair
When FormsCentral relaunch try to update. Let me know if it works.
Can you let me know also if the "Install Updates" in the My Preference dialog is greyed out (i.e. can you click on one of those radio button)?
Thanks Gen, I have run the Terminal as per above and it relaunched FormsCentral unfortunately still can't sign in.
I am able to change the radio buttons for the update but it wont let me save it.
After closing FormsCentral and relaunching I now have a new window open that I havent had before and cant get passed it:
I've emailed that through to you - still currently unable to sign in.
