The default bit depth of Audition WAV files is 32-bit where audio CDs require 16-bit. Audition handles the conversion itself very well, but I can't guarantee the quality of conversion if other tools.
Your best bet would be to save as 16-bit from Audition and then use these files in your burning application. You can do this quickly from the Save Ad dialog or use Edit > Convert Sample Type to change the bit depth with some options. Also verify your sample rate for the files is 44,100 to prevent sample rate conversion being required in other applications.
