1. Re: Bridge CC/Photoshop CS6 issue
Mylenium Jun 19, 2013 11:08 AM (in response to kamil.m)Well, where is that Bridge CC coming from? ACR is version specific. Without a parent app like Photoshop that enables the CC bundled version of ACR this is never going to work.

kamil.m Jun 20, 2013 11:50 AM (in response to Mylenium)Thanks for your response.
I have CS6 Production Premium (boxed version) and yesterday, Adobe Application Manager automatically updated itself. New ACR was updated too, to v8.1. CC Application Manager offered Bridge CC to "Install" and I like the fact that it finally has HiDPI/Retina support, unlike Bridge CS6.
I am not sure if I understand what you mean, I do have a parent app (Photoshop with newer ACR) so I don't understand why right-clicking on a raw file comes up with that error message?

3. Re: Bridge CC/Photoshop CS6 issue
timcarrphoto Nov 30, 2014 7:09 AM (in response to kamil.m)Here's the workaround I see, when you have Bridge CC (cloud), and Photoshop CS6 (not cloud, ie. you already bought this before cloud existed).
In Bridge CC, instead of right-clicking a selection of images and selecting "Open in Camera RAW", which does not work (no qualifying product error), choose the option directly above on the right-click menu "Open With" and select Photoshop CS6. You'll see that ACR opens in photoshop CS6 with all the images selected, so multi-selection is working fine. Then you can apply your RAW transforms, and bridge CC will pick them up when you save.
