Since the Adobe Application Manager seems to download and then install directly, there's no opportunity to switch to 'run as administrator.' Thus, I haven't been able to complete the installation.
Is that a question or a statement?
If it is meant as a question, then I why don't you re-run the installation as an admin.
Thank you, Ben. I solved the problem by joining Creative Cloud.
The reason I could not 'run as administrator' is that to do that I must right-click on the application exe file, which was not on my computer. Under Creative Cloud, everything took care of itself on its own.
