How install ADE on Pandigital tablet with android OS?

How do I complete the installation of ADE on Pandigital tablet with android OS?  ADE 2-1.0 Installer.exe (download for Windows, no choice for Android) was successfully downloaded to tablet.  But message "cannot open file" appears.

There are versions of ADE for Windows and Mac, no other operating systems.

Try the Bluefire or Aldiko app on an Android tablet; or Overdrive if you are mainly interested in library books.
