    why does adobe application manager not allow me access?

      Hi, I thought to see if I can update my Photoshop to CC via the Application manager icon but it stopped updating and tells me there are administration issues. My monthly subscription is up to date. Please explain?

          Hi,

           

          The Error you are getting related to Admin priviledeges on your Machine and nothing to do your Subscription. Please try updating AAM to Creative Cloud by going to creative.adobe.com and download Creative Cloud Desktop Apps. Also you cannot update Photoshop to Photoshop CC as they are 2 different software. You can download the Photoshop CC version and rest of the CC Version separately.
