How to make a transformation of an object in the CC so that would have been like in CS5?
I’m not a CC user yet … I guess it will happen, but what a regrettable move on Adobe’s part.
In how far does it fall short anyway?
Your screenshot does frankly not explain much.
Do you mean what happens at cmd-T with a Path selected or path point editing with the Pen Tool or …?
Yes, I mean that it happens at cmd-T with a Path selected. Because the transformation includes guide points, I can't set the exact size of the resulting shape.
So the transformation box circumscribes the shape plus the Bezier Handles now?
Yes. How do as well as in CS5?
Maybe it's a bug?
I've confirmed this is a bug with Photoshop CC. I've gone ahead and logged it. Thanks for the report!
Considering Photoshop’s path handling has been superior to Illustrator’s in significant aspects for a long time this seems especially saddening.
When will the update?
