Can you please post PDApp log from your machine? This log file is present in temp folder of windows which can be quickly accessed by typing %temp% and then Enter key in the run dialogue or you can do this in navigation bar in any open window of windows explorer.

bhatnaga Jun 27, 2013 4:10 AM (in response to arambas)I sent you my email id in a private message. Send it there. Also, look in folder C:\Program files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp. Is there a folder with _bkp next to it? IF so tell me its name.
Regards,
Anirudh

hannelealanko Jun 28, 2013 7:27 AM (in response to arambas)I have the same problem. I had (my personal) CS6 installed and needed to install the CC which universitys ordered for me to get the dreamweaver HTML5 support. For 16 days. i was not able to solve this problem. Today I managed to get the installation work. Solution: I had to uninstall the CS 6 installation. This was not great solution cause all my settings gone now. ALSO it's not optimal solution cause I want to use CS6 and CC at the same time. and continue to use my CS6 after I stop using the universitys CC.
Now after calling the Adobe tech support I have the CS6 packets downloading and we'll see if I'm able to install the CS6 after uninstalling it and then installing the CC.
I let you know. And cause I don't think this solution is good enough (more like work around) I would like to send You (Anirudh) my PDApp log from time before I uninstalled the CS6 and the CC installation kept on failing. Still now the Adobe application Manager keeps on failing. So I'm not so high hopes whit the downloading and reinstalling the CS6. (I still have my other computer with the original problem (=CS6 still not uninstalled and CC failing to install)
I also hope you can reset the CC subscription cause I have not been able to use it for the fisrt 16 days because of software error. The CC subscription is not under this account cause it's ordered by the university Tech support but I can give you the info of the account.

tscudder Jul 27, 2013 12:03 AM (in response to Abhijit Kr.)I had a slightly different issue, CC would install but would not load the sign in prompt...just a blank page. The steps from Abhijit resolve my issue.

squarasotan Jul 28, 2013 7:34 AM (in response to Abhijit Kr.)Abhijit Kr.,
I found this worked for me, thank you.
But I must say I forgot to delete the OOBE (out-of-body experience?) files. I simply uninstalled CC and then went to creative.adobe.com and downloaded CC, and installed it from the download.

Petbabe Aug 22, 2014 4:04 PM (in response to arambas)Nothing is working for me. I have followed the instructions in this post and the ones listed here: App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my computer after each step. I have ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool twice.
Still a blank white screen (after the progress wheel stops). Adobe...I want to give you money, please fix this or provide a working work-around.
