Creative Cloud Desktop Behance tab log-in problem.

I am having the same issue as @philipking, I have checked that the same login and password I am trying to use works through the website, which it does. So I am pretty sure there is something wrong here / bug...

Like @philipking I thought it was working before, but not anymore.

Get the same message:

"There was a problem with your request, please try again later."

Hi Philip - Sorry to hear that! This isuse might have been related to a short downtime we had last night. Please revisit the Behance tab this morning and let me know if you're seeing the same issue.

One more thing - be aware that your Adobe ID and your Behance login credentials are not the same. At signup for Behance, you had to select a username and password, so you can login with your username/email address (in your case it looks like it's connected to mail@philipking.co.uk) and the password you chose.

I've just spontaneously started having problems with Behance on the CC desktop interface today. Tries to get me to log on / link, and won't let me. I can log on fine via a web browser. Any ideas?

Same problem here.
Creative Cloud knows who I am and definitely knows my Behance Logins since it's showing updates regarding my portfolio in the 'Home' tab. When I click on the 'Behance' tab it says:

Showcase & Discover Creative Work

[Start Your Online Portfolio]
[Link Your Behance Account]

When I click on 'Link Your…' it just want's my Behance login. After entered I get the following Message:

! This Account is already linked with an Adobe ID

Any Ideas on fixing that bug?

My log in email and password work on the website, but not on the creative cloud tab. It says "This account is already linked with an Adobe ID"

It's like it thinks I'm signing up instead of logging in

This bug has been fixed - if you quit the Creative Cloud desktop app and re-open it, you should be synced with Behance as you were before. Or, you should be able to login to it and sync if you weren't already logged in. Let me know if you are still having any trouble!

I'm having the same problem. It doesn't work via Creative Cloud desktop app or trying to link through creative.adobe.com as mentioned above. Any suggestions?

Hi Clifford, looking into your account, your Behance (behance.net/cliffordtwood) and Adobe accounts are already synced up. Are you getting the same error as Alejandro above? If so, please try unlinking your Behance and Adobe account by logging into Behance, then visiting this page and choosing "disconnect." http://www.behance.net/portfolio/promote

Then, go back to Creative Cloud Desktop (restart it), and when you go to the Behance tab, you should be able to login and sync up - let me know if that works.

I had the same issue with mine, thank you Sarah that did the trick for me aswell

I have other email for Behance account and Adobe account. Now I can not use my Behance account anymore..  It created new Behance account with my Adobe email. I can not change email in Adobe acocunt for my seccond one to integrate accounts, so it seems I am banned from Behance :/

I am having similar trouble. I have a Behance account using one email, and an Adobe ID using another email. When I attempted logging into Behance using my Behance login details I am told that the Behance login has been converted to an Adobe ID and forwards me to a new login page asking me to login using (what I interpret to be) my Behance login details. However, they are not recognized as a valid Adobe ID. On this page I am able to login using my Adobe ID, however, it is not connected to my Behance profile.

I have quit the desktop CC, logged into Behance using Adobe ID and attempted to link the Behance account to a different Adobe ID, but I get an "Unknown Server Error" as I do this and can not complete the action. Any help is appreciated!sarahktrapp1

I believe my problem is that I actually have two active Adobe IDs - one that is associated with my Behance portfolio and settings, and one associated with my Creative Cloud membership. Can this be reconciled or combined? I want to retain the active Behance profile under the Adobe ID that holds my CC membership. Can this be done? Thank you kindly.

I am also having an issue with my Behance account and am wondering whether you or anyone else can help?

I am trying to access my Behance portfolio without needing to log in but the page automatically changes to the adobe login page. This has only just begun happening from this morning.

This is an issue because if I send a potential employer a link to my portfolio they should be able to view it without having to log in.

I have tried going to the portfolio promote page to disconnect the adobe account but it does not give me that option.

Please help! Its URGENT

Thanks for getting back to me. Its not happening anymore but it was happening at the time on any computer I used (I tried three other different computers).

Seems like it was just a temporary thing because it went back to normal around half an hour after I posted my message so it lasted about 3 hours.
