I get a GreenScreen on youtube videos. I have followed every single piece of advice thaqt I can find to fix it -- but to no avail. When I right click a video, and go to "Settings", it only gives me 4 options -- not 5. Privacy, Local Storage, Microphoe, and Camera. Please help! I'm so frustrated I'm getting ready to take my new computer back to the store and ask for a refund!
