I try to install Flash Professional CC from the new Adobe application manager, but it failed. It says:
"A beta version of this product exists on the computer. Please quit and uninstall that version before continuing"
I did had a beta version, so I uninstalled it, restarted my macbook and tried again. But the installation error stays.
I probably need to delete some system files by hand, but which one?
See if this helps.
Use the creative suite cleaner tool found in location . http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
This will show you the adobe apps installed. If you have not removed Flash CC properly use this to remove it.
Than restart your mac .Start the application manager to install Flash CC.
Thanks, it works
