1. Re: Secondary Emails?
Sidney Mitchell Jun 26, 2013 9:57 AM (in response to AndrewKhan)Hi Andrew,
If your site has multiple domains added and you choose hosting email with BC. The system will automatically create these secondary emails.
For example:
domain1.com (primary)
domain2.com (secondary)
You'll automatically will see the default mail account under mail.domain1.com. So when create an email account you'll need to create under the primary account "andrew@domain1.com". The system will see that you have a secondard domain with hosting with BC for email and will create "andrew@domain2.com" which will fall under the primary email account.
So you'll be able to access under both email account with the same shared password. In webmail you can select when composing an email who you want the email from to be as.

2. Re: Secondary Emails?
AndrewKhan Jun 27, 2013 3:29 AM (in response to Sidney Mitchell)I was more thinking along the lines of how on a Contact under Contact Details there is a field named Email 1 (Primary), I was just wondering for customers is there not a way of activating an Email 2 (Secondary) that I could use as a kind of alternative email?
But that is useful to know in any case.

3. Re: Secondary Emails?
Sidney Mitchell Jun 27, 2013 11:08 AM (in response to AndrewKhan)My apologies...
I got switched up by the title of the post.
The additional email 2 and email 3 can be found via contact details -> contact -> select the dropdown where you can populate with the additional email accounts if needed.
Then if you ever wanted to view this data you can go into the individuals contact details. Or you can generate a custom report filtering off these fields.
I hope this helps!
