The best way to insert a State dropdown is to copy and paste it from one of our template (look at "Accommodation Registration"). You can then add the provinces to it.
We unfortunately don't have a Country prepopulated dropdown so you would have to create it by hand.
Thanks Genevieve! I'm sorry to trouble you but where can I locate the template?
Under the Create New Form tab
If you are using the FormsCentral from your browser and if you have a free account you can only create one online form so you might need to create from the template, copy the State field then delete the template to create your own form and paste the State field.
Let me know if you have any issues.
My problem is that I'm working with the free version of Form Central - I'm willing to purchase a version. Earlier in my form I have States as a drop down menu (see below) but can't copy it to make it appear later in the same document. I was trying to avoid recreating the entire form. Any tips on copying or duplicating a field inside a document.

You should be able to copy and paste either via ctrl+c to copy (cmd+c on the mac) and ctrl+v to paste (cmd+v on the mac).
You can also use the Edit menu at the top right corner to copy your dropdown (or the right-click menu).
Make sure that the dropdown is selected before the copy operation.
