I assume you must be using Connect 9.0.4 which is there on all our production clusters. There is a fix that we made for the "In_progress" issue and will be available to next hosted update in probably a couple of months. I think that should resolve this issue for you.

Is the bug also on the 7 version ?
This was reported on C904, i am not sure if the issue is there on 7.1 or not. Please do let us know if upgrading works for you. FYI, the version in which it is fixed is still unreleased and should be available in a couple of months for upgrade.
