We publish WebHelp to our intranet. The content is general operational guidance rather than application help, so users access WebHelp directly via a URL to an IIS Web server.
An error occurs randomly across the user base, but too frequently, causing IE to open just the top toolbar of the landing page (index.htm), leaving the topic pane and navigation pane hidden. The usual corrective is for the user to do a forced reload (Ctrl+F5).
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
