lesavage Jul 1, 2013 1:26 AM (in response to WeatherExtreme)This usually happens if the CS Extension that you are trying to load has been modified and therefore signature validation fails. So could you provide all the steps you completed when installing CC and obtaining the Adobe Exchange panel.
Once you install Premiere Pro CC, if you restart the CCM client (top right-hand settings icon) are you prompted to install an update? If yes then please update to the latest version which will also update your panel.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the initial required update. In a handful of cases we've found that the update took a few hours to appear in the user's Creative Cloud app - however, restarting the CC app normally gets it to appear right away. If you open the Creative Cloud app, there's a cog/settings icon in the top right corner; click that, then "Quit Creative Cloud". Then launch Adobe Creative Cloud from the Start menu (on Windows) or your Applications folder (Mac).
If the Premiere Pro update doesn't then show up, please let me know and we'll try to work out what the problem is.

I signed up for the cloud. Downloaded Premiere and several other
applications. Opened them....used them etc....but in Premiere when you
go to Adobe Exchange the window doesn't show anything there and you
can't click on any of the options...everything is up to date as well
when I look at the list of apps in my cloud app on the desktop...
