Is that printer set as the default? Did you install the drivers that came with the printer, or just let Windows 7 sort it out? What do you see when you open the print panel in Photoshop? It may help if you uploaded a screen grab of that panel.

Stylus Photo 1290 Default, HP Designjet, Fax, XPS Document

I did find this in the Elements forum, along with several other hits, so there may well be an issue
