That's how it works. Text only wraps AFTER the line with the anchor in it.
Anchor to the line above or create an empty paragraph.
This is how text wrap works with anchored objects: for Inline objects, applied text wrap affects all text after the anchor point. For Custom Position objects applied wrap affects text only in lines after the line containing the anchor point.
You may need to move the anchor up one line or put it into a blank paragraph, but in this case it looks to me like using an inline object as the first character in the top line should work.
OK, fine but... It seems still strange to me if you consider what happens after exporting to ePub. This is what you see in InDesign:
And this is what you get after esporting to ePub:
As you can see after exporting to ePub the image is correctly wrapped by the text. Come on, it's quite strange. Don't you think so? Thanks again. K.

There are many things handled differently in print than in EPUB. While are there are similiarities at times, there are as many differences.
