I keep getting close internet browser, and I do but it doesn't work.

I am having problems with installing the flash player, I keep getting the message to close internet browser, and it will work, but nothing happens. I have tried some of everything and it does not work. What am I to do now? Can you help me please?

Check if there are any services running for the browsers in your task manager.

1. Press Keys Ctrl+Alt+Del

2. Switch to Processes Tab.

3. Check If you find something like "iexplore.exe" or "firefox.exe" or "chrome.exe".

4. Select the Process and Right Click < End Process.

5. Try installing flash player again.
