Migrating from Photoshop.com to Revel

I am trying to migrate my Photoshop.com photos. I have downloaded the necessary stuff but when I hit the button, it will only tell me it's updating. This goes on for over 4 hours at a time without ending or completing. I have until July 15th to migrate without losing it all. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks for writing to us. It would be really helpful if you could share the exact steps of what you are doing. Are you trying to download the images or migrate the images to Revel? Also please share your email id which you are using to login to photoshop.com account.
