    I can't install Adobe Scout

      I just downloaded CC to try Adobe Scout, but I can't install it.

       

      At 51% the installation fails.

       

      The error says:

      Any idea ? Btw, I'm on Windows 8 64 bits.

          It's difficult to say what the problem is from that error message. I'd suggest trying the following:

           

          1) Make sure you have enough space on your C:\ drive.

          2) Try clearing the Windows Temp folders, since they could be full.

          3) If you have a virus scanner, or other security software running, try disabling it while you install.

          4) Make sure the Administrators user group has full access permissions for the folders: "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData" and "C:\Program Files".
