Administrator Access

Hello,

I am hoping someone can tell me how to reset my BC Adminstrator account to allow for full access.  I accidently left myself on the list when assigning what access I wanted for another Administrator/User.  I now can not access many components of BC, including Add Users and much more.

Hi Sarah,

I've removed you from "Users" user list, the role with most restrictions, also, reinstated full rights to "Administrators" and left just your user there, and finally here's a screen grab of permissions initially restricted on "administrator", should you wish to create a third role to suite that scenario:

I know this is the wrong place to post this, but I cannot find the correct place......

I have the same exact issue here. I accidentally removed my Admin Permissions and saved it that way......is there anyway that you would be able to help me, or point me in the right direction to get this issue solved?
