I rendered the timeline with a nested timeline over night (> 10 h rendering time for 30 minutes video) to work with it in a smooth way, the folder "Adobe Premiere Pro Preview Files" contains a renderd file with 16 GB -- but there is still a "red line" in the timeline!
But why? 10 hours for nothing? Grr....
Premiere CS 5.5, Win7/64

First, thanks for answering me!
My graphics card: ATI Radeon™ HD 4800 Series (8.632.1.2000), win7/64
And, yes, my sequence matches the video. This phenomena of "lost renderings" occurred for the first time, no problems before (on different computers with different versions of Premiere and different projects and so on ). Now, after rendering only a small part of the sequence, this small part is ok. But probably I can delete the 17 GB "Rendered - ....mpeg"
