Populating a text box with multiple drop down inputs

I'm working on an order form for a driveshaft and would like to automaticly populate the u-joint series based on the sizes chosen in the dropdown boxes.

In my test form I used the radio buttons to make secondary dropdowns visible based on radio button input. These secondary dropdowns are populated by the first dropdown which is always visible. Is it possible to assign an export value to the populated values in the secondary dropdowns to then populate the textbox based on what secondary value is selected?

I found this example that is close http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/js_list_combo_livecycle

I'm using Acrobat X pro for windows 7
