Do you have the link (URL) of the fillable form that you can't found.
Often issues like this is because people don't log in with the right AdobeID. Could that be the issue?
We are using the correct AdobeID so that is not the problem.
Since the form disappeared, where would I find the URL?
You did not send the fillable form URL to anyone prior to 3rd (maybe via email)?
Can you please email me (email@example.com) your AdobeID. I will look through our log to see if something happened any of your forms since july 3rd.
