I'm using Flash CS6 and InDesign CS6. I've got a simple swf animation that I've placed in a one page InDesign document. When I export the InDesign document as SWF, the placed swf animation does not automatically play. Instead, there is a flash player icon in place of the file. If I click the icon then the animation will play just fine.
I have the "play on page load" box checked in the media panel. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to insert an actionscript line in the .fla file before I export to swf. By default, they will autoplay when exported from Flash as swf correct? The file plays fine if I open it in flash player.
Hi T Kellen,
I think the function doesn't work when you export it as swf.
It only work when you export the indesign document as interactive pdf
Thank you for the response.
