    ePub TOC not formatting properly

    Arthur Cadeaux

How do I edit the Table of Contents file that InDesign CS6 generates for ePub files?

The headings appear as requested, but the page numbers are to the left of the headings, even though I've indicated that I want them flush right, following (and across from) the headings.

Also, I've indicated that I want leader dots between the text and the page numbers, but they don't show up.

There doesn't seem to be a way to edit the toc.ncx file in DreamWeaver, though I am able to edit the .css and .xhtml files. I've downloaded Sigil for the Mac, and am just starting to acquaint myself with that ePub editor. Is there a better application (or method) for formatting the TOC?

Thanks in advance for your help.
