Adobe Application Manager fails to install

I can't install the manager in windows seven and now in windows 8 pro , please help me , thanks.

I am resolved, thanks.

The error message was a new instance of program run please wait or close the program and then i am looking for creative cloud desktop in adobe and download it. Install in specific file in the programs files then execute creative cloud and missing Adobe Application Manager and all right.
