It's not anything from Adobe. If you work with WordPress, you may have installed it. Or... it may have installed from somewhere else.
Good news is: it's not malware. If you don't need it, unistall it.
Never heard of wordpress and the only thing I can do is delete the file but windows gives an error on startup if I do that. Also if it isn't from adobe then why is it in thier folder?
That I couldn't even guess, but the link I provided shows exactly what it is... a plugin for Wordpress. Wordpress is a CMS (content management suite) for building websites using PHP.
I'd recommend removing it and unistalling Flash Player, then reinstall the Player to see if it returns. I doubt it will.
