Hello, and thank you in advance for any suggestion you can give me. I've realized a short promo-spot for an Association of Tour Guides in Rome, using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

The "problem" is the last scene of the Spot, under the rain in a fake London. I would like to realize a better effect of rain, with small "tears of water" coming down on the camera, but I've tried with After Effects without any good result. Can you give me some suggestion or some tutorial to create this effect?
