Please, help me
Can you please double check that the new user (cni-007@) logged into forms central and opened the form ( I see that before you used cni-005). It is possible that this cni-007 still not verified (never logged into the forms central), in which case the from field would default to no-reply.
This was just an example.
I signed up and activated ALL emails.
Until Tuesday was functioning properly. Now dont's.
To elaborate on Roman's reply...
We had issues with SPAM filters because we were sending emails FROM our "acrobat.com" server using email addresses that do not have the "acrobat.com" domain in them. This is a big red flag for SPAM filters so we have been having a lot of SPAM issues (emails get lost). This change will make receiving the submission receipt more reliable. In the future, we'll likely change the from address to "email@example.com" to make it a little better and less visible.
Unfortunately this is the nature of email so we had no choice to make this change.
